The Website is operated by 3-102-084697 S.R.L., a company incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica, with its registered address at Suite 408, 4th Floor, Condominio Distrito Cuatro, Guachipelín, San Rafael, Escazú, San José, Costa Rica (hereinafter, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
The Website is intended primarily for businesses, prospective business partners, service providers, and other professional or commercial users interested inwhite-label, API, software, technology, and related B2B solutions made available through the Company’s ecosystem.
By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you access or use the Website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that entity, and references to “you” or “your” shall include that entity where applicable.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Website.
These Terms govern the use of the Website only. They do not, by themselves, constitute an agreement to provide any white-label, API, software, technology, payment, card, digital-asset, or other product or service. Any specific commercial relationship, integration or service shall be subject to a separate agreement and, where applicable, additional terms and conditions.
2. ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THE WEBSITE
The Company operates the Website as a business-to-business informational and commercial resource for existing and prospective business partners interested in white-label, API, software, technology and related digital solutions.
Through the Website, the Company presents information about its B2B ecosystem, available or contemplated product categories, technology capabilities, integration models, and commercial opportunities that may be available to eligible business partners.
The Website may contain information regarding various products, features and functionality, including, without limitation, white-label solutions, APIs, cloud-based infrastructure, software and source-code solutions, payments, cards, wallets, transfers, digital assets, digital services, telecommunications, travel, lifestyle and other related functionality.
The content of the Website is provided for general informational and commercial purposes only. The presentation of any product, service, functionality or integration on the Website does not mean that such product, service, functionality or integration is provided directly by the Company or is available in every jurisdiction or to every business partner.
The availability, scope, functionality, commercial terms, geographic availability and applicable requirements of any particular solution shall depend on the relevant product, jurisdiction, business partner, applicable service providers and the terms of the relevant separate agreement.
3. COMMERCIAL OPERATOR AND OPERATING MODEL
The Company acts as the commercial and marketplace operator of the B2B ecosystem presented through the Website. In this capacity, the Company facilitates commercial access by eligible business partners to white-label, API, software, technology and related solutions and coordinates the commercial relationship with such business partners.
The solutions presented through the Website operate through a multi-provider technology and service infrastructure. Certain underlying software, APIs, platform functionality, digital-asset functionality and other technical infrastructure may be developed, operated or provided by one or more affiliated or independent technology partners (collectively, “Technology Partners”). Technology Partners may provide the underlying technology infrastructure through which the Company makes certain solutions and integrations commercially available to business partners.
Certain products, functionality or services accessible through the ecosystem may be provided, operated or supported by independent third-party service providers, including, where applicable, card issuers, payment service providers, acquiring or banking partners, digital-asset service providers, custodians, telecommunications providers, travel or lifestyle service providers and other specialized providers (collectively, “Service Providers”).
The Company may facilitate access to, integration with or commercial availability of solutions supported by Technology Partners and Service Providers but does not thereby become the provider of any underlying regulated or specialized service performed by such Technology Partner or Service Provider.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in relation to a specific service, the Company does not itself act as a bank, card issuer, payment institution, acquirer, custodian or other regulated financial institution.
The identity and role of the applicable Technology Partner or Service Provider may vary depending on the relevant solution, jurisdiction, integration model and commercial arrangement. Additional provider-specific terms, eligibility requirements, compliance procedures and geographic restrictions may apply.
References to “CryptoStoryBank”, “CSB” or other commercial or product names displayed on the Website may be used to identify or brand the B2B ecosystem, technology or particular solutions presented through the Website. Such references do not, by themselves, identify the legal entity responsible for providing any particular underlying product, technology or regulated service. The identity and responsibilities of the relevant contracting entity, Technology Partner or Service Provider shall be determined by the applicable Commercial Agreement and, where relevant, provider-specific documentation.
4. PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND FUNCTIONALITY
The Website may present various categories of products, services, features and functionality that may be made available to eligible business partners through the Company’s B2B ecosystem, including, without limitation, payment-related functionality, cards, wallets, transfers, digital-asset functionality, digital services, telecommunications, travel, lifestyle and other related solutions.
References on the Website to particular products, features or functionality describe capabilities that may be available through the broader technology and service-provider ecosystem and do not necessarily mean that such products, features or functionality are provided, operated or performed directly by the Company.
Product names, labels and categories used on the Website, including references to payments, cards, IBANs, wallets, crypto, swaps, trade, “earn” functionality, transfers, on-ramps or off-ramps comprising allusions to payment solutions, card products, account identifiers, digital wallets, virtual assets, exchange operations, commercial trading, yield-generating features, transfer mechanisms, or fiat conversion services, or off-ramps, are descriptive references to functionality that may be available within the broader technology and service-provider ecosystem. Such references shall not, by themselves, be interpreted as identifying the Company as the legal or regulated provider of the relevant product or service or as a representation that any particular functionality is available without additional technical integration, onboarding, compliance assessment or provider approval.
Depending on the relevant solution and integration model, particular functionality may be enabled through Technology Partners, Service Providers or a combination thereof. The respective roles and responsibilities of the Company, the relevant business partner, Technology Partners and Service Providers may vary depending on the product, jurisdiction and applicable commercial arrangement.
Certain products or functionality may be subject to separate onboarding, technical integration, eligibility requirements, compliance or risk assessment, geographic restrictions, transaction or usage limits, and additional terms and conditions imposed by the Company, a Technology Partner or a Service Provider, as applicable.
The presentation of any product, feature or functionality on the Website does not constitute a representation, warranty or commitment that such product, feature or functionality is currently available, will remain available, is suitable for any particular business model or jurisdiction, or will be made available to any particular business partner.
The Company may add, modify, suspend, replace or discontinue any product, feature, integration or functionality presented on the Website at any time, subject to any rights and obligations expressly agreed under a separate written agreement.
5. B2B SOLUTIONS AND INTEGRATION MODELS
The Company may make available different B2B solutions and integration models, including white-label solutions, API and cloud-based integrations, and source-code-based solutions, depending on the applicable commercial arrangement.
Under a white-label model, an eligible business partner may obtain access to a configurable or branded solution incorporating selected technology, functionality and integrations made available through the Company’s ecosystem.
Under an API or cloud-based model, an eligible business partner may integrate selected functionality into its own products, applications, websites or systems through APIs, software interfaces or other technical infrastructure made available as part of the relevant solution.
Depending on the applicable solution, integration model and Commercial Agreement, a business partner may integrate with Service Providers made available through the Company’s ecosystem, its own third-party service providers, or a combination thereof. Any such integration shall be subject to applicable technical, contractual, compliance and provider-specific requirements.
Where a source-code-based solution is offered, any access to, delivery of or right to use source code shall be subject exclusively to a separate written agreement specifying the applicable licence, permitted use, restrictions, intellectual property rights and other relevant conditions. Nothing displayed or made available through the Website grants any licence or other right to access, reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise use any source code.
The scope, technical specifications, functionality, implementation process, pricing, fees, service levels, intellectual property rights and other commercial or technical conditions applicable to any B2B solution shall be determined by the relevant separate written agreement and associated documentation.
References on the Website to a solution being “ready-to-use”, “ready to launch” or similar wording describe the intended commercial or technical deployment model only and do not constitute confirmation that any particular product or regulated functionality has been approved, activated or made available to a particular business partner or in a particular jurisdiction.
Information presented on the Website regarding any solution or integration model is provided for general informational and commercial purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation or commitment to provide any particular solution, functionality or commercial terms.
6. NO FINANCIAL OR REGULATED SERVICES THROUGH THE WEBSITE
The Website is a B2B informational and commercial website and does not itself provide banking, payment, card issuing, acquiring, custody, investment or other regulated financial services.
Accessing or using the Website, submitting an inquiry, requesting information, participating in commercial discussions or exploring a potential integration does not create a banking, payment, custody, investment or other regulated financial services relationship between you and the Company.
Where a B2B solution incorporates regulated or specialized services, such services may be provided by the relevant Technology Partner or independent Service Provider, as applicable, and may be subject to separate onboarding, eligibility and compliance requirements, geographic restrictions, transaction or usage limits, and additional terms and conditions.
The availability of any regulated or specialized service depends on the relevant jurisdiction, product, integration model and applicable provider. Nothing on the Website constitutes a representation that any particular regulated service is available or may lawfully be offered or used in any particular jurisdiction.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in relation to a specific service, the Company does not itself act as a bank, card issuer, payment institution, acquirer, custodian, investment firm or other regulated financial institution, and the presentation of any related functionality on the Website should not be interpreted as indicating otherwise.
The selection, configuration or demonstration of any product, feature or module through the Website, including any product configurator or similar interactive functionality, is for informational and preliminary commercial purposes only. Such selection, configuration or demonstration does not constitute activation, approval or confirmation of availability of any regulated or specialized service, nor does it replace any required onboarding, due diligence, compliance assessment, technical integration or approval by the relevant Technology Partner or Service Provider.
7. ILLUSTRATIVE REVENUE AND BUSINESS INFORMATION
The Website may display revenue figures, transaction volumes, customer numbers, revenue streams, dashboards, calculations, projections, examples or other financial or business information for illustrative and informational purposes.
Unless expressly and clearly identified otherwise, any revenue figures, dashboards, transaction examples, customer numbers, earnings calculations or other business metrics displayed on the Website, including any information presented through interactive dashboards or similar demonstration tools, are hypothetical, demonstrative or illustrative only. Such information does not represent actual, expected or guaranteed results that any business partner will achieve through the use of any solution presented on the Website. Any labels, indicators or visual elements used in connection with such demonstrations shall not, by themselves, constitute a representation of actual business performance or real-time transaction activity. Any calculations based on assumed customer numbers, transaction volumes or other inputs are examples only and should not be treated as projections of achievable results.
Any revenue, earnings, transaction volume, customer activity or other business results achieved by a business partner may vary materially depending on numerous factors, including the applicable business model, customer activity, transaction volumes, pricing, fees, selected products and functionality, geographic markets, service availability, applicable provider terms and other commercial or operational factors.
Nothing on the Website constitutes a guarantee, representation, warranty or forecast of any particular level of revenue, profit, transaction volume, customer activity, return or other financial or business performance.
Prospective business partners should conduct their own independent assessment of the commercial suitability and potential performance of any proposed solution and should not rely on illustrative information displayed on the Website as a commitment or assurance of future results.
8. B2B ELIGIBILITY AND PERMITTED USE
The Website is intended primarily for business and professional use. By accessing or using the Website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of such entity in connection with your use of the Website.
You may use the Website only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You shall not use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, disrupt, compromise or interfere with the Website, its infrastructure, security or operation, or with any other person’s use of the Website.
You shall not, directly or indirectly:
(a) use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purpose;
(b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, related systems, networks, accounts, data or infrastructure;
(c) introduce malware, malicious code or other harmful or disruptive technology;
(d) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, access-control or technical measures implemented in connection with the Website;
(e) use automated systems, bots, crawlers, scrapers or similar technologies to access, extract or collect content or data from the Website, except where expressly authorized by the Company or permitted by applicable law;
(f) copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use Website content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with the Company’s prior written consent; or
(g) use the Website or its content in a manner that infringes the rights of the Company, any Technology Partner, Service Provider or other third party.
Access to particular solutions, products or functionality may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions or to certain persons as a result of applicable legal, regulatory, sanctions, compliance, risk-management or provider requirements.
The Company may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Website where it reasonably considers such action necessary to protect the Website, its systems, the Company, its Technology Partners, Service Providers or other users, or to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, security or compliance requirements.
9. SEPARATE COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS
Access to or use of any B2B solution, product, integration, software, API, technology or other functionality presented through the Website may require the execution of a separate written agreement with the Company or, where applicable, acceptance of additional terms applicable to the relevant solution or service.
Such agreements may include, as applicable, white-label agreements, API or technology agreements, software or source-code licence agreements, service schedules, order forms, statements of work, provider-specific terms and other commercial or technical documentation (collectively, “Commercial Agreements”).
The applicable Commercial Agreement shall determine the specific scope of the solution, rights and obligations of the parties, pricing and fees, implementation requirements, service levels, intellectual property rights, compliance responsibilities, restrictions, liability allocation and other applicable commercial or legal terms.
Certain products or functionality may additionally be subject to separate terms and conditions of the relevant Technology Partner or Service Provider. Depending on the applicable service model, a Technology Partner or Service Provider may enter into a separate agreement directly with the relevant business partner or end user where required for the provision of the applicable service. Where required, access to or use of such products or functionality may be conditional upon acceptance of such additional terms and completion of the applicable onboarding, compliance or eligibility requirements.
Nothing on the Website, including any description, demonstration, interface, dashboard, feature list or other content, creates any right to receive or use a particular product, service, integration or functionality unless and until such right is expressly granted under the applicable Commercial Agreement.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Commercial Agreement concerning a specific solution or commercial relationship, the applicable Commercial Agreement shall prevail with respect to that solution or commercial relationship.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Website and its content, including, without limitation, its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, images, illustrations, interfaces, demonstrations, dashboards, software elements and other materials made available through the Website (collectively, the “Website Content”), are owned by or licensed to the Company or the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Website and Website Content solely for legitimate business purposes related to evaluating the Company’s B2B solutions and potential commercial cooperation.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or a separate Commercial Agreement, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, transmit, display, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, reverse engineer or otherwise use any Website Content without the prior written consent of the Company or the relevant rights holder.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and other brand identifiers displayed on the Website remain the property of their respective owners. No use of the Website grants any licence or other right to use any such marks or brand identifiers except as expressly authorized in writing.
For the avoidance of doubt, access to the Website or any demonstration, description or presentation of software, APIs, white-label solutions, source code or other technology does not grant any licence, ownership interest or other intellectual property right in such technology. Any rights relating to a specific solution, software, API, source code, integration or other technology shall be governed exclusively by the applicable Commercial Agreement.
Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any intellectual property rights of the Company, any Technology Partner, Service Provider or other third party.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, CONTENT AND LINKS
The Website may contain references to, descriptions of, integrations with or links to products, services, platforms, websites or other resources provided or operated by Technology Partners, Service Providers or other third parties (collectively, “Third-Party Services”).
Third-Party Services are subject to the terms, conditions, policies, eligibility requirements and operating rules of the relevant third party, where applicable. The availability, functionality and terms of any Third-Party Service may be changed, suspended or discontinued by the relevant provider independently of the Company.
The inclusion, presentation or description of any Third-Party Service on the Website does not mean that such service is provided directly by the Company and does not create any representation or warranty by the Company regarding the continued availability, functionality or suitability of such Third-Party Service.
The Website may also contain links to third-party websites or resources. Such links are provided for convenience or informational purposes only. The Company does not control third-party websites or resources and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms of use.
Your access to or use of any Third-Party Service may be subject to a separate contractual relationship with the relevant Technology Partner or Service Provider where required by the applicable service model. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any terms and policies applicable to your use of such Third-Party Service.
Nothing in this Section limits any rights or obligations expressly assumed by the Company under an applicable Commercial Agreement.
12. DISCLAIMERS AND NO WARRANTIES
The Website and Website Content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis for general informational and commercial purposes.
While the Company seeks to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the Company does not warrant that the Website or Website Content will at all times be complete, accurate, current, error-free, uninterrupted, secure or suitable for any particular purpose.
Descriptions, demonstrations, interfaces, screenshots, dashboards, product specifications, features, functionality, integrations, timelines and other information displayed on the Website are illustrative or informational in nature and may differ from the solutions ultimately made available under an applicable Commercial Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, relating to the Website and Website Content, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
The Company does not warrant that any particular product, service, functionality, Technology Partner or Service Provider will be available continuously, in any particular jurisdiction or to any particular business partner.
You are responsible for independently evaluating whether any solution presented through the Website is appropriate for your business, technical requirements and intended markets. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, regulatory, tax, investment or other professional advice.
Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any warranty, representation, obligation or liability expressly assumed by the Company under an applicable Commercial Agreement or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing on the Website constitutes or is intended to constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation to purchase, subscribe for or otherwise acquire any securities, tokens, financial instruments or other investment products. Any investment opportunity, if made available, shall be subject exclusively to separate documentation and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Website or Website Content.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information, demonstrations, projections, dashboards, product descriptions or other Website Content, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The Company shall not be responsible for any interruption, unavailability, modification or discontinuation of the Website or any functionality presented through it where caused by circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control, including failures or actions of third-party infrastructure or service providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Website or these Terms shall not exceed USD 100.
The limitations and exclusions set out in this Section apply only to liability arising from access to or use of the Website and these Terms. They do not limit or replace any liability expressly assumed by the Company under an applicable Commercial Agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
The Company may collect and process personal data in connection with your access to and use of the Website, including where you submit an inquiry, request information or otherwise communicate with the Company through the Website.
The collection, use, storage and other processing of personal data through the Website are governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy [a], as updated from time to time, which forms part of the information made available in connection with the Website.
Where the Website uses cookies or similar technologies, information regarding their use and, where applicable, available choices or consent mechanisms shall be provided through the relevant cookie notice or Cookie Policy.
Where personal data is processed in connection with a specific B2B solution, integration or commercial relationship, additional data protection terms, privacy notices or data processing agreements may apply as provided under the relevant Commercial Agreement or other applicable documentation.
15. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE AND THESE TERMS
The Company may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website or Website Content from time to time, including the presentation, description or availability of products, functionality, integrations or other solutions.
The Company may also amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, the Company’s business or operating model, applicable legal or regulatory requirements, or other relevant circumstances.
Any updated Terms will be made available on the Website and will indicate the date on which they were last updated. Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the Website.
Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Website.
Changes to these Terms shall not modify or supersede the terms of any existing Commercial Agreement unless expressly agreed in accordance with that Commercial Agreement.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website or your use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Costa Rica, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rules applicable under law.
Nothing in this Section affects the governing law, jurisdiction or dispute resolution mechanism agreed under any applicable Commercial Agreement. Where a dispute arises specifically under or in connection with a Commercial Agreement, the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of that Commercial Agreement shall apply.
17. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your access to and use of the Website and supersede any prior understandings or communications relating specifically to such use. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not replace, amend or supersede any applicable Commercial Agreement.
No partnership or agency. Nothing in these Terms or your use of the Website creates or shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary or agency relationship between you and the Company. Nothing in these Terms shall, by itself, be construed as creating any such relationship between the Company and any Technology Partner or Service Provider.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company’s prior written consent. The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of business or assets, or other corporate transaction, or to an affiliate or successor.

No third-party rights. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, these Terms are for the benefit of you and the Company only and do not confer any rights or remedies upon any other person or entity.
